Fat Front brings body activism to Doc Lounge!
The young Scandinavian women Helene, Marte, Pauline and Wilde are fat, and they’re not ashamed of it. They’re part of a growing fat-activism movement that fights for body positivity and inclusivity. Fat Front is a film about shame and uprising but also a humoristic and heart-warming journey with a bunch of young, energetic women. With the provocative tone of feminism and an artistic approach to the natural beauty of the body this film will change the way we view bodies.
We are looking forward to bringing Fat Front and a big portion of body activism out to audiences all across Sweden and Finland this spring! Fat Front will tour our Doc Lounge clubs for event screenings during February and March 2020. We are very happy to announce that the main characters of the film will join as special guests at several Doc Lounge events in Sweden. More information about the events will be released shortly.
