Doc Lounge Aarhus

Doc Lounge is a concept that grasps the trends of the time and takes them up to discussion for those who are hungry for documentaries. Doc Lounge shows international acclaimed documentary films and introduces speakers, live bands, DJs, performance artists, exhibitions or whatever may suit the evening's theme, and often the filmmaker participates in the discussion - over Skype or in person. Doc Lounge Aarhus was started in 2011 and takes place about once a month in the cozy corners of Aarhus. 

The events are mainly held in English as the film subtitles and interviews with directors are in English. In addition, we have a large international audience.

We usually open the doors at 6.30 pm to delicious lounge atmosphere with cafe-comfort and immersive experiences, and the film is shown at 7.30 pm.
