This spring we invite you into the marvelous story of Trojan Records that unfolded in the council estates and shantytowns of the late ’60s and ’70s in RUDEBOY: The Story of Trojan Records. Experience the devastating consequences of China’s One-Child Policy through the stories of those who lived through it in ONE CHILD NATION, get a powerful and inspirational glimpse into the life of body activism in FAT FRONT.
Follow Syrian female doctors as they contend with daily bombardments, chronic supply shortages and the ever-present threat of chemical attacks in THE CAVE (nominated for an Oscar). Come along to Johannesburg, where the gold mines are falling apart and confronts the city with an environmental nightmare: Tons of radioactive waste polluting the air and turning water into poisonous Acid Mine Drainage in JOZI GOLD. Watch Free-spirited Jola´s battle to reinvent herself in her best age of life, at 69, after escaping from a marital nightmare with an abusive husband in LESSONS OF LOVE.
