Doc Lounge at Nordisk Panorama!
Thursday the 19th of September it's time kick off the 30th edition of Nordisk Panorama and we're super happy to welcome colleagues from all over the world to our town, Malmö. During the 6-day long film festival, Malmö will be full of screenings, seminars, events, and parties. Please join us for an interesting impact distribution seminar with Anna J Ljungmark in the panel and drinks and fun at our Doc Lounge Happy Hour at Grand on Saturday. On Thursday we welcome a delegation of film coordinators from Caucasus who will be attending the festival, learning more about documentary screenings and Nordic films.

Seminar "How to Work With Social Impact?"

How can we create change through film? What ways are there to use new media, target new audiences and implement a successful social strategy?
Impact production is a growing field and we have invited two experts to tell us about their work and approach to creating impact campaigns. Danielle Turkov (Think Film Impact) has worked internationally with many projects and organizations, and Anna J. Ljungmark is leading Doc Lounge’s new Impact department. Director, Tonje Hessen Schei, is currently working on the impact campaign for her new film and will provide the filmmaker’s perspective.

Welcome Doc Lounge Caucasus
Just in time for the festival some of our friends from the Doc Lounge Caucasus project will arrive in Malmö on Thursday. During the weekend they will visit Doc Lounge Headquarter, attend seminars, mingles and film screenings to get the best possible opportunity to meet Nordic peers and a greater perspective of the Nordic documentary scene.
